The high and stable quality of our customer service is one of the most important goals of our hotel and we put great effort into improving it daily. One of the most significant possibilities to evaluate and through that improve customer service quality is conducting mystery visits. The cooperation with Service Check has been very pleasant – they pay attention to detail, they are punctual and honour the agreements. We like their flexibility – they are prepared to offer solutions addressing our needs, and take on board the ideas to improve the service with full seriousness. The price/quality relationship of the service is very reasonable and I am sure that we will continue our cooperation with Service Check also in the future.
