We offer our clients service and managerial training and consultations. Service Check’s training courses are conducted by an experienced management consultant and trainer Ester Eomois (Attached CV here). Ester has taught service, management and leadership in EBS and Helsinki for more than 15 years. In 2000 – 2013 she worked in the board of directors of the corporations (Tamro Eesti ja Apteek1 and Südameapteek), where her responsibilities were sales and marketing and service. Ester has also obtained the Certificate of Academy of Executive Coaching. She supports directors and team members in their development and achieving their goals through her coaching knowledge and skills.
The purpose of the employees’ training course “Customer Service ABC” is to give practical skills for providing better service to the customers, providing alternative solutions (in case there is no requested product), solving exceptional situations i.a. In addition, we also conduct practical training courses that focus on add-on sales.
We offer a training programme “Good to Great” to managers, which focuses on the effective development of the managers’ emotional intelligence and leadership performance. In addition, we offer coaching to key personnel of the service industry, which goal is to increase employees’ work performance, achieve a more conscious goal-oriented and effective operation.
